How does one app serve many businesses safely?
Each business connects the number it already has through Meta and gets its own private space. One business can never see another’s data, and the agency sees them all.
Messages after the chat goes quiet
How do reminders reach someone who hasn't messaged in a day?
WhatsApp only allows free replies for 24 hours, so reminders use templates Meta has approved and still arrive on time.
An assistant that knows each business
How do you stop the AI making things up?
It answers only from that business’s own services, FAQs, bookings and customers, and the agency can test replies in a safe mode first.

01Client onboardingThe agency adds a new business: types its name, picks what it calls bookings, connects its WhatsApp, then opens its dashboard.
02Agency consoleEvery client business in one list, with its bookings, messages answered and no-shows. Open any business to jump into its own dashboard.
03WhatsApp inboxA customer asks for a haircut on WhatsApp. Emily offers the services, finds a free time and books it, all in the chat.
04Bookings and booking pageA customer picks a service and a time on the booking page. The booking lands in the calendar straight away.
05Reminders and follow-upsCheck-ins go out at 7 pm to customers who said yes. Replies come back with the time, and any customer can be paused.
06Ask EmilyAsk in plain words. Emily answers from the business’s own data, and when asked, moves the bookings and tells each customer.
07Customer profilesClick a customer to see their visits, no-shows and consent. Turning off offers keeps service reminders on.
08OrdersEach order shows its next step. Confirming a new order moves it to Confirmed, ready to ship.
09CampaignsPick who gets it, write the offer and send it with a Meta-approved template. The preview shows what customers will see.
