Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of our platform. Last Updated: September 23, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zero2One platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, clinic or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a software platform that allows businesses and clinics to manage bookings and customer records, and to connect a WhatsApp Business account in order to communicate with their customers — for example booking confirmations, reminders and conversations.
Features may change over time as the Service evolves.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Business and Clinic Accounts
Where an account is created for a business or clinic, the organisation is the account owner and is responsible for the actions of every user it invites or authorises. The organisation is responsible for the lawfulness of the customer data it uploads and the messages it sends.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Obtain and maintain any consents required from your customers;
- Keep the data you hold in the Service accurate and up to date;
- Maintain the security of your account and devices.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, deceptive, harassing or unlawful messages;
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as permitted in writing;
- Use the Service to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
7. Booking and Customer Management
Booking records, customer contact details and related information you enter remain your data. You are responsible for their accuracy and for honouring the bookings you accept. The Service is a tool to assist your operations; it does not guarantee attendance, delivery outcomes or business results.
8. WhatsApp Business Integration
You may connect a WhatsApp Business account to the Service. Connecting is optional and requires you to authorise the connection through Meta's own sign-up flow. You are responsible for holding all rights necessary to use the phone number and WhatsApp Business account you connect, and for maintaining that account in good standing with Meta.
You may disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
9. WhatsApp Messaging
Messages sent through the integration are transmitted by WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own policies, message templates, quality ratings, rate limits and pricing. We do not guarantee that any individual message will be delivered, delivered on time, or read. Template approval and account quality are controlled by Meta, not by us.
10. Customer Consent and Messaging Compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from every customer you message, for honouring opt-out requests promptly, and for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and any applicable anti-spam, telecoms and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
11. Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with services operated by Meta Platforms, including Facebook Login for Business and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Those services are provided by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing or decisions (including account restrictions imposed by Meta). Your use of those services is between you and Meta.
12. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate and support the Service for you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (including Meta or WhatsApp outages) and events outside our control may interrupt access. Unless separately agreed in writing, no specific uptime level is guaranteed.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where required by law or by Meta, or where continued use poses a security or abuse risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and any retention obligations described there.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that message delivery will always succeed.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your messaging to customers, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
20. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we do, we will update the date shown on this page, and material changes will be highlighted here. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [Insert venue] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. (Placeholder — to be completed with our registered legal details.)
