Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your data. Last updated: September 19, 2026.
1. Who we are
Zero2One ("we", "us", "our") is a product studio that helps startups and enterprises validate ideas, build AI-powered software, automate operations, and launch scalable products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at hariprasadzero2one@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Contact details you give us — when you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
- Booking details — if you schedule a call through our calendar link (Cal.com), your booking details are processed under Cal.com's own privacy policy.
- Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not buy data from data brokers, and we do not use your data for advertising profiles.
3. How we use your data
We process the information you share to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or scoping call;
- Provide and improve our services, and communicate about active projects;
- Keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and fix technical issues;
- Meet legal and accounting obligations where applicable.
We will never sell your personal data or use it to train AI models.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (when you voluntarily submit the contact form), legitimate interests (running and securing our website, responding to business enquiries), and legal obligations (record-keeping). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share personal data only with the processors required to run this site and our business:
- Hosting — the website is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure that stores and processes request data on our behalf;
- Email delivery — contact form submissions are delivered through a transactional email provider so your message reaches our team inbox;
- Scheduling — Cal.com processes call bookings you choose to make;
- Professional advisers — where strictly necessary (e.g. legal or accounting).
We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a business transfer (with notice).
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We only rely on essential technical storage needed to serve the site securely. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
7. Data retention
Enquiries and contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity in our conversations, then deleted unless a project relationship requires longer retention. Server logs are retained for a short security window by our hosting provider. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent;
- Request a portable copy of your data;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hariprasadzero2one@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard approved for those transfers.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic, restrict access to submitted data to team members who need it, and work with providers that maintain industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we design our systems to minimise the data at risk.
11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or providers change. The effective date below always reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
13. Contact us
